Learnora.ng is an educational and training platform designed to connect learners with trainers and training providers. By registering as a user, whether as a learner or trainer, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use Learnora.ng only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the platform, or disrupt the normal flow of communication and services.

All content on Learnora.ng, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is either owned by Learnora.ng or licensed by our partners and trainers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform’s content without explicit permission.

Trainers retain ownership of the content they upload, but by submitting materials to Learnora.ng, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your courses.

Payments for paid courses are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Trainers receive seventy percent (70%) of the ticket/course fee, while Learnora.ng retains thirty percent (30%) as platform commission. All payouts are subject to the trainer’s compliance with our policies.

Learnora.ng reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, misconduct, or fraudulent activity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
